Content：	Order of the Financial Supervisory Commission Issue date: 24 February 2022 Issue number: Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11103806451 The names and formats of the statements, schedules, and other documents relating to the financial reports of futures commission merchants are prescribed as provided in the attachments, pursuant to Article 40 of the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Commission Merchants. The financial reports of futures commission merchants, in addition to disclosing information in accordance with the formats provided hereunder, shall furthermore be prepared in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Commission Merchants. This Order is effective from this day forward. The 2 November 2020 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-10903647821 of the Financial Supervisory Commission is repealed from this day forward.
